Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
This policy explains what data the Rabbit Discord bot ("Rabbit", "the bot", "we") handles when it is added to a server or when you use its commands. By using Rabbit you agree to this policy.
1. Data we collect
- Identifiers: Discord user IDs, server (guild) IDs, channel IDs and role IDs, needed to apply settings and permissions.
- Server settings: prefixes, enabled modules, Anti-Nuke limits and whitelist, AutoMod, welcome/leave messages, autoroles, reaction roles, verification and key panel settings, premium status and similar configuration.
- Feature data: leveling XP, profile data (bio, command usage count, badges), no-prefix and premium status, giveaway entries, hub keys and their owners and expiry, sticky roles saved when a member leaves, and auto responder / auto react configuration.
- Message content: the bot reads messages in order to run commands and enabled features (for example AutoMod, leveling and auto responders). Message content is processed to perform those features and is not stored long term, except content you deliberately save as part of a setting (for example a welcome message, an auto responder or a script on a script panel).
- Moderation and logs: actions you configure the bot to log (such as verification, Anti-Nuke violations and moderation actions) are posted to the log channel you choose.
2. Data we do not collect
Rabbit does not collect passwords, payment card details, or device fingerprints. Verification uses a button and a one-time code; it does not inspect your browser or device.
3. How we use data
We use data only to operate the features you or your server administrators enable, to enforce permissions and security, to prevent abuse of the bot, and to fix bugs. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Sharing
Data is not shared with third parties, except as needed to run the service (for example Discord itself, hosting and database providers, and the music audio provider when you play music), or when required by law.
5. Storage and retention
Settings and feature data are stored in the bot's database for as long as the bot is in your server or until you reset or remove the related setting. Temporary data, such as verification codes and some caches, is kept in memory and discarded after it expires or when the bot restarts. When the bot is removed from a server, that server's data may be deleted. You can ask for deletion as described below.
6. Your choices and rights
- Server administrators can reset or disable features with the bot's commands (for example
.antinuke reset,.verify disable,.key resetor.stickyroles clear). - You can ask for your personal data to be deleted or exported by contacting us through the support server.
- Removing the bot from your server stops further data collection for that server.
7. Children
Rabbit is intended for people who meet Discord's minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect stored data, such as restricting access to the database and bot tokens. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use of the bot after a change means you accept it.
10. Contact
